Breckenridge Nordic Center is located at 10,000 feet and surrounded by acres of the nation's finest nordic and backcountry skiing along with snowshoeing, sleddog rides, horsedrawn carriage and dinner sleigh rides, hut-to-hut trips, ice climbing, and world-renowned liftserve skiing at Breckenridge and nearby A-Basin, Keystone, Loveland Pass, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Copper Mountain.

INDOOR ERGOMETER TRAINING GROUP
Beginning Monday, November 2, we will offer small group ergometer training at Equipped Fitness in Breckenridge.
Classes are held M/W at 7AM and again at 7PM, pending sign ups. Sessions will focus on the erg, but also include weighted exercises, body weight training, and injury prevention.
You can train to race indoors, for general fitness, or for technical improvements; you are also welcome to participate in the Concept II indoor winter meter challenge and will be prepared to race the Mile High Sprints in Denver, January 23, if you wish.
